Nearly 400 cyclists took part in the "Bike and Run for Chepan"

 400 bicycle riders took part in the fourth edition of the annual competition "Bike and Run for Chepan" on Saturday near town Dragoman, 40 km from Sofia. Along the route for mountain biking was introduced and a new discipline for runners – 42 km Marathon.

Since the establishment of the Cross company, its models of bicycles regularly participate in the largest and most prestigious exhibitions in Europe, reflecting trends in bicycle industry. In recent years the company expanded its presence not only on the big forums, but at some local events to promote its brand in specific countries. That was also the last participation in the annually held in late March in Belgrade Exhibition "International Motorcycle & Bicycle Show". At the company's stand were presented the basic models of the new collection from season 2015, which are already well known, plus some specifically designed for the local market in Serbia. All the models were well received by our distributors as well as from the wide range of end users and visitors, because of the traditionally good quality and appearance of the bicycles, supported by the local markets oriented strategy of the company Cross.

To mark the 30th anniversary of the proclamation of the seaside resort of Obzor as a city, the municipality, the local cycling club and several sponsors organized on September 7, 2014 the first local mountain bike race "Obzor Challenge 30 +." The route is a typical cross-country character with a length of 36 km and slope 500 m. The event proved to be very attractive for all 97 racers from home and abroad and will likely become an annual event. The organization was at the highest level, for the first three winners in each age category were provided cups, medals and cash prizes, and separately for each participant was given a special award from the event.

In the category of young people up to 18 years, Ivan Muhtarov finished first with a time of 1:28:55 with bike CROSS Big Foot 29". Some time ago the bicycle was given to Ivan by the manufacturer for testing under extreme conditions, and since then he and this mountain bike have increasing success on Bulgarian mountain routes.

On the 5th of July 2014 there was a round from the competition for the Balkan cup in Crna Trava, Serbia, this year's host of the competition SERBIA OPEN. The event was important also because it brings UCI points for the qualifications for the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro 2016.
